Register To Be A Chef!

As one of our 100 exclusive chefs, your responsibility will be to prepare your best recipe and share it with the 600 or more guests who purchase tickets to the event. Because we will only be sharing a “taste” of your dish, each chef is required to prepare 25 full servings.

You will have the opportunity to serve from a station which will be stocked to meet your service needs. You will have everything necessary to serve your dish.

Rules and Requirements:

  • Must be 21 or older to participate and live in Southern Illinois.
  • Must prepare 25 full servings.
